Company Introduction:
Our client is a smart manufacturing system solution provider, deeply engaged in the application of flexible automation equipment and industrial robot systems, and is committed to the research and development of core technologies for smart manufacturing equipment and robot system integration, as well as the production and sales of products. The company's business mainly includes two major sectors: smart equipment business and automotive parts business. In order to accelerate development in Europe, our client is preparing to set up a branch in Germany, and sincerely invite talents with experience in automotive parts to build the team, expand the market, and lead the company's business in Germany together.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the company in Germany, including sales targets, market expansion, product promotion. etc.
  • Manage and lead the team, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation of employees to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments in parent company, such as Product.Marketing, R&D,Purchasing etc., to ensure the realization of the company's overall strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, and formulate corresponding strategies to respond.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and position in the German and European market.
Requirements:
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with technical background or working experience in China is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in Germany or an international company,especially in automotive parts or machinery industry or market
  • Proficient in German and English for fluent business communication. With a little Chinese would be a plus.
  • Possess excellent strategic planning and execution abilities. as well as strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Have a keen insight into market trends and competitive environments, able to respond quickly to changes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Willing and able to travel domestic and international frequently
