Geier's Grill (located within the Holiday Inn Madison at the American Center) is seeking an energetic and personable candidate to join our team for a weekend bartender position. The hotel offers a competitive wage plus nightly tips. As a bartender within the hotel's full-service restaurant, you must also be willing to seat tables, serve tables, and bartend simultaneously. You will work alone on many shifts, but get to keep all the tips! This is a fast paced position that requires the ability to multi-task, while also remaining calm and friendly to our guests under pressure.

Prior hotel experience is not required. Prior bartending experience is required. The business promotes an all-inclusive environment and does not discriminate in hiring practices against persons of any legally protected class.

This is an evening/weekend position; your primary schedule will be Saturday & Sunday nights. We ask that you are also available every other Friday evening if needed. Standard start time is 4pm, however, may be earlier based upon the business needs. Standard hotel bar closing time is 10:30pm, however, may be later based upon the business needs.

In this position, the candidate may also be offered to pick up additional banquet server/bartender shifts at the hotel's event center, which would offer a premium pay.
