Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Duties: - Conducting the nightly audit process accurately and efficiently - Checking guests in and out, handling reservations - Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Balancing financial transactions, including room charges and cash handling - Ensuring the security of the property during the night - Performing end-of-day procedures - Assisting with early morning breakfast setup Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred - Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and courtesy - Bilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling guest services inquiries Join our team as a Night Auditor to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your attention to detail and customer service skills will shine.
