Preferable Year Equipment
- Truck: 2012 or newer.
- Trailers Dryvan/Flatbed/Reefer/Stepdeck: 2009 or newer.
- Reefers: 2014 or newer(inspection is required).
- Inspection of this equipment is required at our shop.
- Safely operate a variety of trucks and heavy equipment.
- Load and unload materials or equipment onto trucks.
- Follow specific routes and schedules for efficient delivery of goods.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors to report any issues or delays in delivery.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with different types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, dry vans, flatbeds, or reefers.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A.
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and vehicles in various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of route planning and navigation systems.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
- Flexibility: No forced dispatch, allowing you to manage your schedule and stay on the road as much as you like.
