We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Foreman for Commercial Fence at Empire Netting and Fence in Kansas City, MO.
As the Foreman for Commercial Fence, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of high-quality fences for commercial properties in the Kansas City area. You will lead a team of dedicated fence installers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of fence installers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of fence installation projects
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce all safety regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial fence installation
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong knowledge of fence materials, tools, and techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
