Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the firm's organic and paid social media (with special emphasis on LinkedIn) and website.
- Create digital content (both text and rich media) for lead generation and thought leadership initiatives across digital marketing channels.
- Support and develop the firm's lead generation pipeline centered primarily around select LinkedIn channels.
- Take ownership of the firm's marketing automation applications.
- Create marketing collateral for use by the recruiting teams.
- Report regularly to the firm's partnership on the performance of all the above, using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Ideal Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of digital marketing experience, with significant expertise in LinkedIn marketing channels.
- Experience with the following marketing application categories: Web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio), Social media management (e.g., Hootsuite, CoSchedule), SEO analytics (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Zapier), Web content management (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with the suite of LinkedIn marketing and recruiting solutions, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Job Slots, and LinkedIn Recruiter Pro.
- Ability to create rich digital content using digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Some legal industry and/or recruiting industry experience.
Candidates should expect a hybrid of both in-office and remote work. Base annual salary is expected to range from $60,000 to $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
