- Experience : Previous experience in sales, particularly in kitchen design or a related field, is preferred.
- Design Skills : Strong understanding of kitchen design principles, including layout, materials, and finishes.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Service : A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail in design and documentation.
- Tech Savvy : Proficiency in using design software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and design challenges effectively.
- Sales training and all sales tools provided.
