Who We're Looking For:
EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join our team . Reporting to the Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Legal and Compliance Department. Your role will ensure workflows and priorities align with business needs and customer requirements. You'll design, implement, and manage internal processes, focusing on information management and related technology tools to promote efficiency and productivity across Legal, Compliance and HR.
What You'll Do:
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient systems, workflows, processes, and procedures for the Legal and Compliance department. Manage existing technology tools and contract/information-management processes; identify and implement new tools to increase efficiency and productivity. This includes:
    • Oversee contract lifecycle management (CLM), document-management, and other project-management applications. Training and supporting key stakeholders on those applications and tools, both individually and through self-help resources, to ensure buy-in and going-forward adherence to best practices.
    • Ensuring adherence to other contracting processes such as internal review-and-approval, signature-authority, and distribution workflows.
  • Drive and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics; generate related reports. Manage intake of requests for Legal and Compliance support and work product, prioritize and assign tasks to team members, and track progress and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, client account management, compliance, operations, and IT) for timely completion of legal deliverables. Perform Administrative support including managing calendar, scheduling, and expense reports.
  • Drive other strategic and operational initiatives for Legal, Compliance and HR as required.
  • Assist with budget matters and other special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.A. or B.S. required
  • At least 5 years of experience with 3 years of experience in legal project operations/management.
  • Strong experience in developing, implementing, and using legal-department technology solutions (e.g., contract lifecycle management (CLM), document-management, and matter-management programs, as well as e-signature tools).
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups (e.g., finance, operations, sales, IT).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while successfully managing multiple projects to completion.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify inefficiencies, develop long-term solutions, and improve existing processes through automation and redesign.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work in a customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare or software-as-a-service (SaaS).
  • Experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Paralegal or Financial Operations experience.
