AutoXcel, a national automotive Finance and Insurance Obligor, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest.
The applicant must have experience in the automotive industry, preferably with F&I finance experience having worked in an auto dealership. Having dealership or agent contact established in the industry is a plus. Must be capable of seeking and acquiring new business and must be able to create a Sales Plan for your territory with the assistance of the Chief Revenue Officer. The ability to set goals, plan and then pursue the plan and goals is essential.
The Midwest Regional Sales Manager must be able to learn the products and programs of AutoXcel, competitor programs, nuances of the dealership sales industry, and have an understanding about supporting independent agents that call upon auto dealers. mentor, recruit and build a cohesive sales team, develop the team as professionals within the industry. The candidate must be able to establish an approach to the market and goals that are relevant, realistic, and attainable. Must be able to lay plans and pursue milestones to achieve goals. Must be a problem solver who can be resourceful, offer solutions and not wait for others to solve the puzzle.
Consistently demonstrate a relentless ability to go forward understanding that like all sales, you will hear the word “no.”
Effective communication verbally and in writing to build internal and external relationships.
Attend Midyear and Annual Company Meetings, certain conventions, such as NADA and Agent Summit
Help plan and attend incentive trips for clients.
Excellent Base Salary plus commission. Income increase does not cap due to success.
