We are seeking a motivated, skilled Parts – Warranty Support Specialist to join our clients team on a direct hire basis! This opportunity will be one-hundred percent onsite. If you are seeking an opportunity with a growing organization, apply now!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with both internal and external customers regarding warranty questions or concerns as well as internal and external orders.
- Provide customers with parts support including: answering parts calls: coordinating part orders and expedited shipping, and resolving customer issues.
- Providing customers with accurate quotes in a timely fashion.
- Processing customer orders quickly and efficiently.
- Soliciting freight rates and preparing bills of lading.
- Perform routine calls to customers to increase part sales and revenue.
- Follow up on parts on back order to meet customer and dealer needs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years previous work experience in parts sales required
- Manufacturing parts sales or Auto Parts sales is preferred
- 2 years working knowledge of parts warranties is required
- Mechanical knowledge of various parts within auto transmissions or various motor parts in manufacturing is a strong preference
- Software knowledge: Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
- Must be able to learn product construction, use product information manuals, and identify related components
