EmployBridge is Hiring a Production Supervisor Near Milwaukee, WI
The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.
Shift : 1st shift; Monday thru Friday
Responsibilities
- Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
- Provide guidance to the manufacturing team on the value of Lean Manufacturing methods and principles.
- Provide leadership and training to insure a safe work environment. Implement and monitor 6-S programs to develop and maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
- Serve as a key communications facilitator, coach and counselor for production workers.
- Make appropriate work assignments among department personnel and monitor results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associates degree preferred
- 3 years of production leadership experience required
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience tracking various metrics/KPIs
- Strong communication skills
