Employer Confidential is Hiring a Dental front desk receptionist Near Laguna Hills, CA

We are seeking a seasoned Treatment Coordinator to join our expanding, family-focused practice full-time. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of treatment planning experience, a proactive approach to maintaining a full schedule, and strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Additionally, they should be able to carry out the listed responsibilities while fostering our practice’s culture and upholding our patient-first philosophy.

This is a full-time job Mon - Thurs in Laguna Hills / Aliso Viejo / Mission Viejo / Lake Forest area

Responsibilities :

Insurance Coordination : Obtain breakdowns of dental benefits, ensuring patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities

Administrative Tasks :

Multitask efficiently by auditing and scanning patient charts.

Assist patients with medical history updates and update contact info.

Prepare digital charts for the next day’s appointments.

Fill schedule gaps when openings occur.

Positive Attitude : Bring a friendly and positive demeanor to work every day.

Reliability : Be committed and reliable in your role.

Utilize Tools : Use various platforms and tools to enhance office productivity.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3-5 years of dental office treatment coordination experience.

Advanced knowledge of dental terminology

Knowledge of ADA codes and services.

Familiarity with HMO and PPO insurance.

Ability to create a positive patient experience.

Expected hours : 32 per week
