Position Purpose
Assists the Compensation and Surveys Manager in the design, deployment, analysis, and publication of geographic and industry compensation, benefits, HR policy, and Custom Opinion Surveys. These surveys are used by Employers Council staff in consulting with members and non-members and by organizations to benchmark their organization's compensation and benefits to market data and to determine customers level of satisfaction with their respective products, services, or other interactions. Supports Employers Council staff and members with interpreting and researching compensation, benefits, and HR policies survey data.
