Key Responsibilities:
Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and calibrate machinery via telephone and TeamViewer.
Provide technical support to customers for a wide variety of issues (mechanical and electrical), and inquiries to affect the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware and connectivity.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Update customer data on CRM and handle order intake and purchasing.
Provide training for customers and others in the effective operation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
Oversee new machinery projects and maintain communication with customers for seamless installations and interventions.
Qualifications:
Technical diploma and/or one to two years related experience or equivalent in technical service interventions mainly on manufacturing equipment.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working at a CNC technician level with multi-axis CNC milling machines.
Strong mechanical background including troubleshooting motors and gearboxes (ball screws and spindles a plus)
Troubleshooting of wiring and electrical systems and strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits.
Auto CAD and Team Viewer experience required.
Must be able to travel up to 20% and work independently while onsite.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to obtain passport.
