Employment Solutions is hiring immediately for a Large Press Set Up/Operator in Elmira, NY. We offer complete training, great company culture, and fun employee events, and you will be paid weekly!

• First shift M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• After 90 days get hired on!
• Opportunity for overtime.

Job Requirements:

• Must ensure a quality product (measuring tools, part inspection, and fixtures) and know and understand the quality procedures.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions, quality procedures, IDS sheets, and customer specifications.
• Basic understanding of press angles, feed angles, material/steel theory, die protection, pilot release, and basic order of press operations.
• Able to perform basic troubleshooting and setup (straighter, feeder and incidentals, conveyor, chutes).
• Ability to lift 40 pounds or more.
• Must have the ability to read and use measurement devices such as micrometers, calipers, and attribute gages, and be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Previous Stamping Press experience is preferred.
