We're assisting our local employer to fill a bilingual (Spanish) Human Resource Assistant role:

Company Overview: ETC is a local family-owned, staffing and recruiting business established in 1986 that specializes in placing bilingual placements. In addition to consulting and analysis, ETC provides human resource solutions, temporary staffing and payrolling (contingent workforce, staffing augmentation) services. We also provide specialized recruiting services for government and for-profit entities. Our small team is growing and looking for a new addition.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection: Help with recruitment and selection processes

• Answer phone calls
• Review resumes
• Post job descriptions
• Schedule and conduct interviews

Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing

• Review and modify timesheets
• Follow up with supervisors to ensure timesheets are approved on time

HR Policies & Procedures: Support HR Generalist to ensure adherence with policies and procedures in a consistent and confidential manner

• Investigate HR related matters
• Ensure employee records are properly maintained
• Review employee onboarding, including gathering and completing I-9 verification
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred
• Proficient with MS products including Outlook, Excel, and Team
