Position Overview: As a Part-Time Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall marketing efforts of the organization. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to our marketing success through multiple campaigns and initiatives. Responsibilities: •Council Marketing Committee Support: o Collaborate with the Council Marketing Committee to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. o Assist in organizing committee meetings, preparing materials, and implementing action items. •Weekly Marketing Pushes: o Plan and execute weekly marketing pushes to promote events, programs, and key initiatives. •Monthly Marketing Themes: o Contribute to the development of monthly marketing themes to maintain a cohesive and engaging marketing strategy. •Annual Marketing Vision: o Work with the marketing team to develop the annual marketing vision, outlining key goals and strategies for the year. o Monitor progress and provide insights for continuous improvement throughout the year. •Fall Recruitment Marketing Campaign: o Lead the development and execution of the fall recruitment marketing campaign. o Implement targeted strategies to attract new participants and members. •Marketing Committee Support: o Provide administrative and logistical support to the Marketing Committee. To include coordinating meetings, documenting discussions and follow-up on action items •OutREACH and Adventure Scouts Marketing •Base Camp Marketing and Merchandising Qualifications: •Experience in marketing preferred. •Strong organizational and project management skills. •Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/platforms.
