Location: Central Las Vegas (across from Harry Reid International Airport), remote
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm

Business Development / Sales Representative at IBS Enterprises
Job description:
Identify and secure leads with businesses and drive clients to register to take part in our Business Credit Program. This role will be exclusively geared towards outbound (call/email) sales. The ideal candidate should have exceptional sales skills to successfully deliver program details and how we can benefit their business. They will also need to be able to pivot by developing strategic plans to provide a tailored experience for each client, their needs, and their goals. This is a hybrid position with both work-from-home or in-office options available.
Key responsibilities of this role:
•Candidate must have a laptop and phone (we can set up a Google Voice number for calls.)
•Outbound Sales - (phone/email/other marketing sources.)
•Time management skills utilizing a tool known as Toggl
•Extremely organized customer intake skills utilizing Google Sheets, which will be shared with IBS Enterprises
•Have a knack for researching small businesses to sell said service.
•30% - 40% closing ratio.
•Job training and components for success will be provided.
•A team-playing, upbeat, go-getter attitude to be an innovator in business solutions.
•Maintain a positive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow in the position!
Additional details:
This position is at the IBS office from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday OR work-from-home within the same business hours.
The dress code is business casual (in-office) and a style guide will be available upon hire.
