About the Role:
As a Consult Partner, you will be a key leader within our high-growth Consult business, driving complex consulting engagements and delivering exceptional value to our largest Oil & Gas clients. This role combines business development, strategic leadership, and delivery excellence, positioning you as a trusted advisor in IT modernization and transformation. Working in a dynamic, start-up-like environment within a global IT infrastructure services leader, you will build senior-level relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive outcomes that align with client business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal, sale, and delivery of client engagements, providing strategic assessments, roadmaps, and solutions that advance IT modernization agendas.
- Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to identify opportunities and originate deals.
- Partner with account leadership to support strategic account planning and expand consulting opportunities.
- Deliver deep industry-centric insights, thought leadership, and success stories that address the unique challenges within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Identify opportunities to drive larger transformational programs through consulting-led entry points.
- Shape and lead multi-competency solutions across Cloud, Applications, Data/AI, Security, Edge, Datacenter, and Digital Workplace Services portfolios.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting, with success in business development and delivery within a regional or global consulting firm (Big 5 or boutique firms).
- Strong track record of combining consulting, sales, and delivery to create and execute IT transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand client relationships, engage with senior executives, and drive value-based transformations.
- Extensive expertise in the Oil & Gas industry, including an understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to deliver workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, and designs that drive IT optimization and modernization.
- Experience leading large, complex, multi-competency engagements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in developing Statements of Work (SOW), business cases, and ROI-driven solutions.
- Experience partnering with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deliver large-scale cloud optimization, migration, and modernization solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern engineering practices (Agile, Cloud Native, DevOps) and operations (Observability, Automation, SRE).
- Ability to articulate and implement modern operating models, including people, processes, and tools.
