Senior HR/ RECRUITER With Heavy Financial Services Experience.

Must have working experience with Global bank.

• Sr. recruiter in order to manage full life cycle recruiting in the Compliance, Risk, IT, Operations, Treasury, Debt Capital, Trading teams, Capital Markets, Syndicate Markets .
• All front office business lines experience. Must have worked in all areas of front, middle and back office roles. Must understand/ experience with the “ financial services and product lingo” involved with all roles .
• Will be dealing with management at all levels – COO office, CTO office, CFO office – VPs to Senior Managing Directors. This senior HR Consultant/individual will be partnering with the senior business managers and HR Advisors to drive recruitment across all levels.
• This person must be extremely detailed oriented, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure when needed.
