What We're Looking For… Skills And Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Compliance with Comprehensive Compliance Plan (CCP) including Business & Clinical Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, HIPAA, Human Resources, Code of Conduct, and all facility policies, procedures, and educational requirements associated with the CCP.
Education And Experience
Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.
Current state Physical Therapist license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment
Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
