- Strong data center experience with rack and stack.
- 1-3 years exp required
- Atleast 2 years on-prem data center experience supporting the data center equipment and infrastructure (Power, Space, Cooling, Equipment).
- Troubleshooting end user connectivity issues.
- Ability to work with various vendors and responsible for network assets and tools.
- A /Network level of knowledge required.
- Good understanding of OSI layer and network principles.
- Good understanding of OSI layer and network principles.
- Comfortable with text based CLI , Familiar with IP based networking.
- Experience in network device configuration like Cisco Switch layer 2 switch and configuring VLAN’s • Troubleshoot L1 & L2 types of issues within Network.
- Experience in troubleshooting routing, switching, and firewall (Palo Alto’s) issues.
- Ability to review hardware logs, isolate and identify root cause.
- Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, as part of a team • Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Perl).
- Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for Ticket management
