Job Details
Role: Business Analyst - SAP MM
Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Must have: Supply Chain experience.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP MM.
- A minimum of 8 years professional experience.
- Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation.
- Developing S4 HANA and IBP solutions with IT and SI to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborating with the IT and SI team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues.
- Providing SAP end-user training and support.
- Developing process maps, Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for issue identification, assist with root cause analysis of the issue and potential issue resolution within the template to be implemented.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and redesign.
- Must be a team player and be able to build consensus with others.
- Ability and discipline to self-manage assignments to meet deadlines, scope and budget.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work individually, as a member of a functional team, and part of a global team.
