As a Payroll Conversion Analyst, you will support Retirement Plan Services. This is accomplished by fulfilling the various specialized requests made by our new and existing clients, related to new retirement plan data contribution files. The Payroll Conversion Analyst supports complex data file changes for assigned business segments and will also be required to respond to ongoing service requests for clients and perform research and analysis. This role may be required to work up until 5:30 pm Mountain based on client needs. What you will do Work with new clients to update, test and implement new retirement plan file layouts and data file transmissions Work with existing clients changing payroll providers or when changing software, and a new data file format will be required Participate in conference calls and meetings to assist plan sponsor and/or payroll vendor to resolve questions or issues Work with systems personnel to troubleshoot sFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) connections Resolve client issues, partnering with other departments including Systems hub groups, MoveIT, BizNuvo, Money In Support, and other areas as need arises Provide customized SQL to accommodate a nonstandard format. Work with SMEs to create and validate intermediate-level SQL to resolve client issues or assist with the needs of internal groups. What you will bring Bachelor’s or associate degree, preferably in Business, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent related experience working with transitioning client data in retirement plan record keeping industry. In lieu of a degree, an additional 2-4 years of directly related work experience may be accepted 2 years of experience in the financial industry with multi-client, retirement plan contribution knowledge Experience mapping client produced data files, translating client data to a recordkeeping system Proven ability to work effectively with business clients and systems staff Experience with SQL functions Ability to work extended hours during busy periods What will set you apart Experience working with retirement plan recordkeeping software and knowledge of defined contribution plans preferred Experience onboarding multiple new clients concurrently Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and think analytically in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively to meet deadlines #PJWP ***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.*** What we offer you We offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career. Base Salary Range $57,300.00 - $81,000.00 The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
