Empower School of Health is looking for a talented "Executive Assistant" to join our team in New York City, USA. He/She should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the Executive Director's behalf.
This role is perfect for fresh graduates or interns seeking hands-on experience in logistics & day to day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize logistics, and administrative tasks
- Calendar management for executives
- Handle follow-up communications and maintain schedules
- Assist in various projects and support team members
- Conduct research and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Previous experience in similar roles is a plus but not required
