Job Description
Empowered Staffing is partnered with a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with ten locations across five states. They are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Prince Frederick, MD!
The Clinical Supervisor will help oversee the clinical operations of the residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. You will also provide daily leadership and supervision to the facility to ensure smooth daily function.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap
Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred
5 years supervisory experience in hospital/ residential setting preferred; 3 years experience in chemical dependency/ dual diagnosed clients
CAC-AD license required
