Empowered Staffing is partnered with a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner that provides staffing solutions to a large network of US-based companies. In the last few years, they’ve grown to 300 employees, and are excited to add a Sales Account Executive to their New York team!
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and industry research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, and propose customized BPO solutions to address their needs effectively.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company’s services and differentiate them from competitors.
Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales opportunities, and track progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in outside sales with 2 years of experience.
Ability to build relationships quickly with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
