About The Role:

We are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services through our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC), Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). We seek a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care for our clients.

Role Overview:

As the Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical operations of our OMHC, PRP, and IOP. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clinical services are effective, evidence-based, and meet all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and rehabilitation specialists.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services, including assessments, therapy, counseling, and rehabilitation.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and clinical supervision to support staff development and maintain a high standard of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director and other administrative staff to ensure seamless integration of clinical and programmatic functions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of mental health and psychiatric rehabilitation.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Active Maryland license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulations, and accreditation standards for OMHC, PRP, and IOP services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
