Role description:
This position will be a full-time, on-site position in the Wynwood area as an Operations Analyst.
This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our operations. The role will require
data analysis, project management and the ability to identify areas of improvement to help
streamline our operations.
Key responsibilities and qualifications:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders for
corporate decision making.
- Monitor and evaluate corporate processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and
implement process improvements to increase business efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations by conducting market and
industry research and developing analysis to support business decision making.
- Work closely with teams to identify and track operational objectives, metrics and critical
business initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
- Will be a key interlocutor for the smooth running of the entire process.
Position requirements:
- Education in Administration, Logistics or similar.
- Experience in similar positions.
- Mastery of MS Office.
- Advanced Excel.
- Data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI (desirable).
- Quickbooks or Netsuite (desirable).
- Problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Work hours and location:
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
