**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Building Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical systems, maintenance management, and facility operations. **Duties:** - Manage and supervise building maintenance staff - Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures - Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility meets safety standards - Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and renovations - Oversee HVAC systems, high voltage, and low voltage equipment - Create and interpret schematics for building systems - Fabricate or repair equipment as needed **Experience:** - Proven experience in facilities management - Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in HVAC systems - Ability to maintain high voltage and low voltage equipment - Proficiency in English for effective communication - Experience in maintenance management is preferred This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage building operations effectively.
