We are currently supporting an inpatient medical withdraw and stabilization program in the area and looking for Substance Abuse Counselor’s (CASAC).

Substance Abuse Counselor Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current & Valid CASAC Trainee certificate
• Also hiring CASAC - T, CASAC 2, CASAC Advanced, CASAC Master
• 1 year of experience in a rehab, detox or other outpatient/inpatient medical withdraw and stabilization program
• High School Diploma Required
• Responsible for maintaining and managing caseloads along with weekly individual and gropu counseling sessions (as assigned)
• Assist with intake and assessment process
• Assist in the preparation of weekly case conference and reviews
• Work under the supervision of a Master level Qualified Health Provider (QHP) for utlization reviews and monthly skills based workshops relative to chemical dependency.
• Monitor patient toxicology testing
• Maintain confidentiality of patients at all times per regularions

• Schedule: Mon to Friday 9A-5P or 8:30A to 4:30P PLUS every other weekend 3P-11P or 9A-5P or 8:30A - 4:30 P
