EMR, a leader in commercial kitchen repair, has an opening for an Estimator/Project Coordinator. This person will schedule and travel to customer locations for detailed information gathering pertaining to the requested equipment. (Mid-Atlantic Region). Candidate would have a knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and what is required to install or replace these items. (Cooking/Refrigeration/Warewashing Equipment). Candidate will attend pre-bid site meetings for projects to be quoted and obtain detailed information accurately. Work hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm. Position Requirements

• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, gas, and mechanical items that may be required for installations.
• Ability to estimate labor hours and manpower required for installation projects.
• Strong math, communication, organizational skills, and reliability.
• Strong team player and have the ability to solve challenging issues with installations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Clear criminal background.
