You will be responsible for assisting our providers with the assessment and treatment of pulmonary patients in our outpatient clinics.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE: Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. X-ray certification a plus.

You will be responsible for assisting our providers with the assessment and treatment of pulmonary patients in our outpatient clinics.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for examination or procedure according to physician preferences
- Utilize clinical skills in assisting providers with procedures, as well as administering medication and providing patient education
- Perform clerical duties necessary for the physician to document patient information, contact patients regarding test results and/or other patient needs using sound clinical judgement
- Place orders as directed by provider, and follow orders to completion (order tracking)
- Implement procedures as requested such as phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, 6-minute walks, etc.
- Complete duties assigned in a professional manner following established policies and procedures, while maintaining a courteous and cooperative manner towards patients, co-workers, and management
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
