Job Duties:

Convert leads into sales opportunities.

Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices using our CRM.

Oversee day-to-day back office activities.

Handle operational tasks efficiently.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Fluent in Spanish and English

Ability to work under a high-pressure work environment and ensure quick deliverables and connect with our team(s) globally.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the repatriation process.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
