Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts for PWW Advisory Group (PWW|AG) and EMS|MC initiatives.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist with EMS|MC, you will:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and PPC.
- Oversee the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent branding across all digital content.
- Optimize website and social media content for search engines.
- Monitor and report on website analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and PPC.
- Manage and grow our online presence on various social media platforms.
- Engage with the audience and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or 2 years of digital marketing experience
- Marketing software experience with programs such as Canva and Hubspot
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social Media etc) along with market research.
- Proven track record of successful management and growth of marketing campaigns.
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
- A secure home internet connection with speeds of minimum 20 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads is required.
- The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
