Job DescriptionOverview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in horizontal project management, construction scheduling, estimating,...
Duties:
  • Supervise the job and hands on every aspect. ability to operate machines.
  • Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion operate machines if needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures
  • Monitor compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in project scheduling and construction estimating
  • Familiarity with Prolog and other construction management software
  • Knowledge of Primavera for project planning
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings using Bluebeam
