What does a Dental Assistant do?

As a Dental Assistant at Enable Dental, you will embark on a unique and fulfilling journey each day. Your mornings will kick off at the office as you load up our mobile dentistry equipment into our company transit, ready to bring dental care directly to those who need it most. Driving to various facilities, such as Assisted Living Homes and Memory Care Facilities, you will have the opportunity to assist our providers in delivering essential General Dentistry and Oral Hygiene Care to underserved patients. This role goes beyond the traditional office setting, allowing you to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who may have limited access to dental services. Each day presents a new challenge and a chance to positively impact the community while honing your skills as a Dental Assistant dedicated to serving others.

Are you the Dental Assistant we're looking for?

To excel in the role of Dental Assistant at Enable Dental, candidates must possess a diverse set of skills essential for mobile dentistry operations. Proficiency in Dental Assisting and Chairside Assisting is paramount, as you will directly support our providers during patient treatments. Knowledge of X-Ray and Radiology procedures is necessary for capturing accurate images to aid in diagnostics. Understanding sterilization protocols and conducting spore testing are crucial aspects of maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.

Additionally, having the ability to drive a company transit/minivan is a must, as you will be responsible for transporting equipment to various facilities for on-site patient care. By mastering these skills, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of quality dental services to underserved populations in our community.
