We are currently searching for an IT Senior Engineer who desires to advance his/her career by bringing talent to a dynamic, high functioning team that is focused on serving others. As an IT Senior Engineer supporting multiple clients, your roll will include a variety of tasks: conceiving and implementing new system deployment, helping plan and implement major software/hardware upgrades, preforming investigative analysis/triage, mentoring others, etc.

- Manage and Administer client infrastructures and upgrade as needed
- Stay abreast of new technologies
- Exposure to business-class IT
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as server virtualization (VMWare vSphere or Hyper-V)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation operating systems, registry settings, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP networking, and firewalls
- Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID
- Troubleshooting experience including root cause analysis, debugging utilities, etc.
- Experience interacting with end users to provide technical support and gather feedback
- Ability to design and implement client network environments
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines along with associated deliverables
- Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies and the ability to multi-task to deliver services using various technologies to multiple companies
- Experience working with different size firms (including small companies of less than 50 users to large companies of more than 500 users) and datacenter environments
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity best practices
- Must be able to periodically go onsite to visit client environments
- Microsoft Certified
- Experience at a Managed Services Provider
- Experience with ConnectWise Suite
- Mac Experience
- Scripting (PowerShell, batch files, etc)
