What you’ll do…

The detail-oriented, driven, organized, and resourceful Procurement Specialist performs a variety of
activities to support the day-to-day Supply Chain activities. The successful candidate will be a team player, have experience issuing PO’s and have basic knowledge in supply chain. He or she will be directly responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders, confirm delivery of materials, and will be supporting the Enchanted Rock teams with RFQ processes, source rental of equipment, purchase orders or/and any needed services.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Process purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
• Maintain PO data in ERP System
• Maintain high degree of communication cooperation and coordination with assigned
  departments regarding purchase orders.
• Work closely with accounting team to resolve and avoid discrepancies.
• Report any supplier and customer issues.
• Work closely with Procurement Manager to ensure that all purchase requisitions are processed in a timely fashion.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate issues when
  necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation is received to confirm delivery.
• Additional responsibilities may be added at the direction of Company’s management.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you:

• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

What you’ll need:

• 5 years of experience with Inventory, Supply chain or Procurement.
• Or a bachelor’s degree in a field such as marketing, supply chain, business, or industrial
  distribution
