Job SummaryThe Fulfillment & Inventory Control Representative handles all Level 2 responsibilities across these departments. This role has the responsibility of ensuring quick and accurate completion of inventory processes. They ensure that all inventory is cataloged quickly and accurately into our inventory management system upon purchase. This role will work to identify, resolve, and communicate any changes associated with inventory stock, such as cancellations, changes to orders, delivery method, or delivery due dates. Accomplishing these tasks will mean communicating with box offices, exchanges, as well as other internal departments. Additionally, this role oversees fulfillment of all invoices, whether handled by automation or manual work. They ensure that all invoices that cannot be handled by Level 1 support are addressed and resolved. This role will also monitor for discrepancies or changes in delivery methods and delivery delays. These investigations will lead to this position updating our internal data points in these areas, ensuring that up to date details on our listings are broadcast to our marketing partners. Finally, this role will manage our Level 1 inbound and outbound vendor contact, ensuring proper handling of any uncovered questions or issues, escalating when necessary. How you will make an impact
Communicate professionally with members of the Operations team, management, other departments, vendors, customers and external markets when necessary.
Resolving Level 2 escalated work
Enacting real-time PO creation
Identify canceled orders, informing the management team of any changes necessary
Identifying and resolving errors in our broadcasted listing details
Investigating denied entry claims made by customers
Ensuring proper fulfillment of BTE's sales
Identifying and addressing inbound refunds
Monitoring, addressing and escalating vendor communication
Be available to jump on after hours call a couple of times a month when necessary
