Roel Summary:

The RN/LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients, and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Clinical Services Director to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Prior to date of hire, must hold a current, valid RN/LPN license or temporary RN/LPN license through the Washington State Board of Nursing, or hold a compact RN/LPN license. Must maintain valid licensure to practice as a RN/LPN
• CPR required
• A minimum of one(1) year recent, verifiable experience as a licensed RN
• Recent licensed experience in LTC/SNF/Rehab strongly preferred
