Floor Tech/Housekeeping Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness and appearance of floors- Conduct carpet cleaning and stain removal as needed- Assist with environmental services tasks, such as waste disposal and recycling- Ensure all areas are clean and sanitized according to established standards- Perform buffing and polishing of floors to maintain a high level of shine- Collaborate with custodial team to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks

Floor Tech/Housekeeping Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in floor care techniques and procedures- Proficiency in commercial cleaning practices and equipment operation- Ability to perform carpet cleaning and stain removal effectively- Familiarity with environmental services protocols and regulations- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards- Skilled in buffing and polishing floors to achieve desired results- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with custodial team
