Encore Luxury Coach, LLC is Hiring a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator Near Whites, TN
Responsibilities
- Conduct and combine quality control arrival inspections with post-trip reports to create work orders for every coach on the departure list.
- Prioritize repairs based on workload and the time each coach remains at Encore before departure.
- Create and assign work orders as issues are identified during coach inspections.
- Coordinate off-site repairs with designated manufacturers and other repair shops.
- Work closely with technicians and service managers to ensure smooth workflow and address all issues.
- Review work orders to ensure completion before service manager approval.
- Handle non-emergency breakdown calls and facilitate timely repairs.
- Ensure coaches are up-to-date on preventative maintenance and recalls, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Proven experience as a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a similar role.
- Ability to work 2nd shift to ensure smooth operations during later hours.
- Specific experience with coaches, buses, or similar heavy equipment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Fleetio or similar fleet maintenance management software to effectively document and track issues.
