As a Client Development Manager, you will build and monitor ongoing relationships with current clients and facilitate the addition of new job orders for the Encore Team.

Job Title: Client Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain, and improve assigned existing accounts in the company CRM
  • Send cold emails and make cold calls to current client accounts, asking if all of their strategic hiring needs are being met, and requesting open searches to support their headhunting needs
  • Monitor client company career pages & set up Google alerts for client company hiring updates
  • Network for referrals to other decision makers within client companies
  • Add additional client contacts into the CRM, utilizing Linkedin and Zoominfo to identify inlfuencers
  • Develop and manage ongoing email marketing campaigns
  • Advance new ideas and methods for expanding brand presence
  • Create and maintain job orders in Salesforce CRM
  • Schedule job order intake calls for the CEO & Head of Growth
Target KPI’s
  • Minimum of 12 New Job Orders acquired from current Clients, per month
  • Target of 200 Outbound Calls and Emails per Week to current Clients
  • Maintain a minimum of 22.5% Average Fee for All New Job Orders brought in
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solver who seeks to understand
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Familiarity with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives and HR professionals
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
  • Meticulous self-starter eager to tackle new projects
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • 2 to 7 years of prior experience in managing client relationships preferred
  • Experience within a recruitment agency preferred, but not required
Compensation: Base Salary plus Bonus – base commensurate on experience level. On target earnings of $70k to $90k, with bonus.
