EMEA HR Leader - Job Description

Where is this role located?

Flexible: This leader is ideally located in Munich, Germany, but could also be based in Cork Ireland or London England. The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working remotely, with travel to an office when required to support planning activities and employee events.

As the EMEA HR Leader, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our business. You will work across 8 countries with legal entities and 16 others in an Employer of Record arrangement to determine and evolve our HR operating model across the region. You will lead all components of the HR function, in coordination with our global model. This role offers the chance to act as a trusted advisor to EMEA executive leaders, peer HR leaders and other internal business partners. In addition, you will directly manage strategic partnerships with external HR service providers.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes you will work toward completing?

Optimized regional organization to enable double-digit revenue growth

Expert HR advice and planning with regional executives

Contemporary, right-fit HR processes and services for a high-growth enterprise SaaS business

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

Establish an effective operating model for managing the HR function across EMEA

Address and manage all people-related matters post-divestiture

Design and deliver HR services to the entire workforce in the region

Manage vendor relationship with local HR providers

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Contribute to, and execute, the strategy and design for HR globally, with flexibility for both organic and inorganic expansion

What requirements and skills will I need to perform well in this role?

We are actively seeking an experienced HR leader with an ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

Highly motivated and self-directed individual, with proven success in 1 2 3.

Advising senior executives, HR and business leaders and partners

Ability to identify, quantify and address organizational needs, risks and costs

Hands-on experience in administering HR programs and processes

Vendor management experience and expertise

Strong communications, analytical and quantitative skills
