Launch your career with us and have fun at the same time. No Prior Sales Experience Is Required - we will train you! Business Development Representatives help our customers transform their houses into their homes.
You will be generating new leads in pre-screened residential neighborhoods, trade shows, and community events. Performance after 90 days will be reviewed for a mid-senior level sales position.
Compensation includes base pay plus commissions; $80,000 - $95,000 at plan earnings first year. Six figures after year one!
Responsibilities
•Drive in pre-screened residential neighborhoods and attend home shows and events to generate potential prospects
•Door-to-door knocking & canvassing
•Visit homeowners and offer free estimates
•Be the face of the company and present yourself in a professional manner
Qualifications
•Team players with a sports-oriented mindset
•Driven to reach goals and motivated by money
•Interested in personal and professional growth
•Possessing a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
•Capable of lifting 25lbs and standing for up to 8 hours
