- Position: Patient Service Rep – Outpatient Rehab Services
- Location: Skokie Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time- 40 Hours
- Hours: clinc open 7-7pm M- Thur, 7-530 Friday 1 sat/mo. Shifts typically 8 hours Ex 7-330, 8-430, 9-530 , 1030-7pm
- Shift: will be required to work 2 evenings until 7pm, may need to rotate onto a Saturday infrequently
- Wound care staff have to cover 3 holidays
- Required Travel: N/A
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: One year of related experience is required; previous administrative experience working in a medical office is preferred
- Skills: Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute required.
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Collect co-pays
- Complete patient registration
- Provide other administrative support to the clinic
- Check in and check out patients
