Manager, Capital Markets | PE-backed Owner/Operator | Dallas

We are working with a leading PE-backed developer/owner/operator​ of​ CRE infrastructure that is actively seeking a Manager to join their fast-paced Capital Markets team, and support growth across their multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings (US and international).

​This is a high-visibility role that will cover everything from underwriting financing packages, debt covenant compliance/reporting, and BI, to investor relations, and assisting on the evaluation and execution of new financing alternatives.

Experience:

• BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting​,​ or related major, from top-tier university
• 5 years of financial analysis, RE mortgage financing, capital markets issuance, or related experience, ideally on the principal side, with an institutional CRE invest​or ​
• Experience with institutional debt, construction financing, and international deal structuring is preferred
