enDevelopment Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver packages and smiles to our Hudson Valley neighbors. We’re looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals who are inspired and motivated to be part of a stellar team. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered safely , on time , to the right location and with a smile .

Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first , and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Delivery Driver Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); work in ALL weather conditions during ALL seasons ; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in ALL weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicles
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, taking pictures of packages once delivered, clocking in/out, calling customers regarding deliveries, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE . It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
