As an Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer information in our database.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as required, such as filing, scheduling, and order processing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support departmental goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
